&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;p&gt;Caught a flue on the plane on the way home and since the forest has the best cures I decided to make a detox smoothie! &lt;br/&gt;
You need:&lt;br/&gt;
•1.5 tbsp finely chopped fresh ginger root&lt;br/&gt;
•1 fist baby spinach leaves &lt;br/&gt;
•Juice from half a lemon&lt;br/&gt;
•1 kiwi&lt;br/&gt;
•2 dl mango juice or 1 dl mango&lt;br/&gt;
•Water &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Mix everything in a blender.&lt;br/&gt;
